since today i am reading adrienne rich and i follow this tag and today my favorite book came up. i posted all of the important poems here last year but, alas, it didn’t work. this is when i think about ann cvetkovich and “practices of mourning.” important personal prompts: …, …, …, XV, XIV, XVII, XX, II, and “transcendental etude.” when i was younger i used to fall asleep imagining myself drowning in secrets, “fear wound round her throat and choking her like hair,” but not this time.
