elizabeth was AMAZING. i kept telling everyone i “discovered” her, which actually means that i met her when we worked together at the nyt and then at some point introduced her to marisa. (nevertheless, i want credit for my awesome taste in friends.)

accused oversharer emily gould singing accused oversharer (though we didnt call it that in the 90s) liz phair was totally inspired and emilys book is clearly going to be awesome.

listening to sean reminded me why i think music writers are the best writers. plus, afterward, we had a bonding moment when he told me about his life-changing first time meeting jon and i told him about my life-changing first time meeting marisa.
