someone recently commented that i must be very patient for putting up with jon’s schedule. i was like “actually, i’m not” and jon agreed. but at least if i am going to martyr myself for the edification of the music-listening, clothes-buying, nyt-reading public, i also get to spend a sunday night in the best company watching a few thousand new jersey tweens deliriously waving hand-heart signs and singing along to songs that will probably ensure a lifetime of romantic disappointment. it was adorable.  

later, after asking jon what he thought of the concert, taylor told me that she knows he will always say what he really thinks about her. jon assured her that i could relate. then there was some discussion of our silly bandz. #taylor4ever.
