i think it’s a little bit more complicated than this but still: totally interesting, especially if you remix it with some feminist theory and some basic knowledge of what it is actually like to use the internet (where, for one thing, text and image are not so separable). there is even a mini defense of list-making, which i always support.

It’s true. I am interested in FEELINGS. And I know you aren’t really TEVS. Meaning you are also interested in feelings. But then I tried to look for the evidence, that time you and Alex said you aren’t fucking TEVS after lying to me and playing TEVS. I couldn’t find it but I saw from your archive that you have a lot of interesting posts on Tumblr, many regarding feminism, archives (META), history and the internet. So, you win. also you were talking about FELT THE FUZZY MATERIAL but i like the whole dual meaning thing you’ve got going on here with affect. should i make that tevs post public again? and did you think i was LYING about feminism, archives, history, and the internet? because when i am not busy getting my phd in tumblr i am writing books about history and feminism that get published by fsg, okay, maybe you’ve heard of them, they also publish joan didion? you are obviously pretty major and that’s why we are friends. xoxo
